Taking care of the well-being of our feet is essential, especially in summer, when we often wear open shoes, or walk barefoot. Furthermore, taking care of the skin of our feet can become a real ritual to indulge in well-deserved relaxation, rest and meditate.

After the foot bath, we can proceed with a scrub to remove dead skin, soften some callettoes that may have formed during the winter. If the scrub is not enough, then we will use special tools to remove corns or calluses, but always with delicacy and remembering that a good way to remove these formations without trauma is to proceed gradually in several treatments using, perhaps some body oil to soften the areas to be treated between one treatment and the other. If the situation requires it, we still recommend that you use an expert hand, it will also be a good occasion to take a relaxing break and be pampered.

Feet also have a fundamental importance in our body and a symbolic meaning, even if they are often neglected. In fact, they are our roots, the base and pilar of our physical balance, our walking tool and all the benefits of foot reflexology are well known to all of us as well as how this type of massage has beneficial effects on the whole body and not just on the feet themselves.
