Mindfulness and seasonal vibes, from Spring rebirth to Summer ripening

Mindfulness, or awareness, is the key element to be able to live in balance listening to ourselves, knowing ourselves other more and more day after day and learning to follow our aspirations pursuing the alignment between what we want, what we are and what we do. In particular, mindfulness is important to learn how to feel the natural seasonal lifecycle and the energy and gifts that the different seasons are able to bring us and so living according to our basic natural vibrations. In particular, Spring is the season in which everything blooms, sprouts from the earth, blooms, is renewed; the air becomes fresh and light and the light conquers space in the dark day after day. What better time to lighten our minds by following this rhythm and letting go of everything that turns us down: thoughts, fears, anxieties and tensions? And this mood can allows us to better prepare for next season: summer. Summer is the ripening season, the season in which everything reaches its peak: the fruits ripen, the colors become lively, the aromas explode. Nature expresses itself in its maximum luxuriance, in its maximum abundance and richness and it is extremely meaningful to reconnect with this feeling of abundance and richness, also because we remind that our emotions are our fuel and if we feed with abundance, we attract and receive abundance!

In addition, summer is the season of holidays, relaxation and rest …. Ancient Romans called it “otium”. This condition allows us make silence around us and to let our most intimate and hidden part emerge and come to light, allowing us to express new creative energies and new projects!

Lastly, a small suggestion on why it is important to feel and live the energies of the seasons…. Because we live the four seasons every day: morning is our Spring, midday is Summer, afternoon is Autumn and, finally, our daily Winter is night. Had you ever thought about it?
