All sessions take place online, follow a mindfulness method and are full of guided mindfulness exercises in order to make the mindfulness technique a habit for our mind, a natural and constant way of functioning. By remaining in the present and being effective, our mind works at its best and we can lower our stress levels and increase our happiness!
