{"id":9047,"date":"2022-03-02T09:29:51","date_gmt":"2022-03-02T08:29:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/yabebeauty.com\/?p=9047"},"modified":"2022-08-23T09:17:20","modified_gmt":"2022-08-23T07:17:20","slug":"love-yourself-and-care-yourself","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.yabebeauty.com\/en\/love-yourself-and-care-yourself\/","title":{"rendered":"Love yourself and care yourself"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>How often we struggle to help others, we sacrifice ourselves, our desires, our spaces and our time for others and then we find ourselves with a sense of emptiness, we find ourselves without energy and often frustrated by the fact that others not realize, not appreciate and not value this our sacrifice. How to do then? The key is: <strong>change your perspective<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>The love yourself first perspective<\/h2>\n<p>Have you ever told yourself in front of the mirror: \u201cI love you! I really love you!&#8221;? Or have you ever looked at yourself naked in the mirror with affection, tenderness and love for every part of your body? Thoughts are the nourishment we give to our mind, so the first suggestion, the starting point to <strong>start learning to love yourself<\/strong>, is to become aware of what kind of thoughts you are providing your mind with as nourishment: what is the quality of nourishment your mind receives? The thoughts and affirmations of our mind create your perception of reality and therefore the reality itself we live in.<\/p>\n<p>Choose a <strong>thought of the heart<\/strong> and tell it to your mind every day and, indeed, do not just tell it but write it everywhere, sing it, dance it, shout it! Another tip is to exercise <strong>forgiveness<\/strong>, yes forgiveness! Forgiving someone (including ourselves) does not mean justifying their behaviour but getting rid of pain, going beyond the reasons that cause bitterness and resentment in ourselves. Each day you can choose whether to remain imprisoned in resentment or to go further, to thank for the teachings received, set healthy boundaries and choose to move towards a life of satisfaction. Third suggestion: <strong>train your mind and your eyes to get used to see love<\/strong>, to seek love and you will receive love; get your mind and your eyes used to see <strong>abundance<\/strong> and you will receive abundance; get your mind used to expressing <strong>gratitude<\/strong> and you will have abundance.<\/p>\n<p>Does it seem a statement of selfishness to you? Not at all, how could you help others if you are not self-aware and full of love for yourself? It is a bit like when on the airplane the safety instructions remind us to put on our oxygen mask before helping others in an emergency\u2026 how could we give oxygen to others if we don&#8217;t have any?<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>How to take care of yourself and your body\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p>The first step towards loving and taking care of yourself is awareness! Awareness develops through attention to the present moment, listening to ourselves without judgment, without trying to push back sensations that seem annoying or out of place, but instead listening to them and making them flow and then leave us. This is also called <strong>mindfulness<\/strong> and in YA.BE we have put mindfulness as a <strong>real ingredient of our skincare and body care products<\/strong> because we want everyone, looking in the mirror, to FEEL beautiful! With each cosmetic product you will also have a mindfulness podcast to listen to, to live an experience of full and all-encompassing beauty, to enrich and complete the action of cosmetics on the skin with a journey: a self-help experience of awareness for your mind to completely regenerate!
